Alan G. Burcope has over thirty-five years of experience in the design and construction industry including having served as Senior Architect and Project Manager on large projects in multifamily, healthcare and civic projects, and as Vice President in a national integrated design and construction firm. As Principal Architect, Alan provides construction litigation support, research & analysis, and expert witness testimony. 

Mr. Burcope has completed numerous design and construction projects nationwide including projects in FL, CA, NY, KY, IN, GA, MA, ME, MO, NH, AZ, VT, MT, PA, MD and the Caribbean. He holds current licenses in Florida and Kentucky and NCARB certificate qualifying him for licensure in all 50 States and US Territories. Mr. Burcope is certified under LEED for sustainable design and construction and holds a Master’s in Business Administration degree in addition to his two degrees in Architecture.
