Alex Raposa, PE, is an Engineer in the structural arena, providing forensic assessments and assisting on design projects throughout the southeastern United States. Alex provides engineering-related services involving the design, analysis, and investigation of buildings, and has consulted on matters involving structural failures, building repairs, and general code compliance. He has also performed numerous building envelope condition assessments to evaluate damage caused by wind, water, hail, impacts, post-construction displacement, and construction defects. 

Prior to joining Burby, Alex worked at large engineering consulting firms focused on both structural design and investigations. Alex graduated from the University of South Florida (USF) with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Structural Engineering.
