Tracy Grant, CGC, has over 30 years of experience in various trades as well as construction management of over a half billion dollars of new commercial work from pre-construction to issuance of certificate of occupancy. Tracy provides inspection of existing building conditions, evaluations of construction defect claims, and analysis of building codes and accepted industry standards.

Tracy was previously a commercial contractor in the Central Florida market. He holds a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida. Tracy is also an Army Veteran who performed tactical, civil, and ceremonial missions for the 3rd U.S. Infantry.
