A 17 story hotel and condominium with a 7 level parking garage, this building sits on the Gulf of Mexico and is one of the tallest buildings on Clearwater Beach. The construction consists of reinforced concrete and post-tension floors that bear on a drilled shaft foundation. Burby Engineering’s president worked on this project while employed for the Engineer of Record.
