A ten story hotel with a four level parking garage, this building sits on the intercoastal waterway of Clearwater Beach, adjacent to Clearwater Municipal Marina. The building is a 121,000 s.f. hotel that includes 108 hotel guestrooms and 98 parking spaces. The structural framework is reinforced concrete and post-tension floors that sit on a drilled shaft pile foundation. Burby Engineering’s president is the Engineer of Record for this project.
