The Preserve at Alafia is a multi-family residential apartment development, including several mid-rise buildings, located on the Alafia River. The structural framework includes a heavy post-tensioned transfer deck that supports four levels of frame construction. Burby Engineering’s president provided the structural post-tension engineering services for this project.
